A gentleman. A naïve, somewhat clueless. upper class twit type

LADY WINDERMERE:
Lord Arthur’s confidante. Very much the Grand Damme. A schemer, manipulative, convinced of her own worth and importance.

Lord Arthur’s betrothed. Clever, assured and self-confident.

CHARLES:
Lord Arthur’s valet. A devoted retainer who recognises Lord Arthur’s shortcomings, but would never let him know he knows.

LADY CLEM:
Lord Arthur’s elderly aunt. Irritable, irascible and acerbic. Never afraid to tell it as SHE sees it.

JANE PERCY:
Lord Arthur’s cousin. Enthusiastic, bright and vivacious but perhaps not the sharpest tool in the box.

MR. PODGERS:
The cheiromantist (palm reader/fortune teller). Mysterious, pompous trying hard to bhe better that he is.

HERR WINCKELKOPF:
An anarchist. Very much an over the top caricature of a furtive spy who fancies himself as an aesthetic and an artist.
